Founded in 2011 and with customers all over the world, Event 38 designs and manufactures small and medium sized unmanned aircraft for mapping, inspection and security applications. We build several models of standardized aircraft with multiple mapping and inspection payloads available from the factory as standard which can be shipped in just a few days. ResilienX engineers designed, developed and deployed the US Army’s Ground Based Sense and Avoid (GBSAA) System. Deployed in 2016, it was the first system in the US approved to fly drones Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS), over people, over 55 lbs. and over 400ft. To go from a successful demo of the technology to an approved, deployed system, the FAA required the Army to make the entire system of systems completely fault tolerant.
