Space Center Houston hosts the Conrad Challenge, inspiring young minds aged 13-18 to tackle global issues through STEM innovation and entrepreneurship. Registration remains open until November 3, 2023. Named after Apollo 12 astronaut Charles “Pete” Conrad, the challenge aims to nurture the next generation of entrepreneurs. With over 1,000 schools worldwide participating since its inception, the challenge emphasizes diversity and global representation. It spans four stages, culminating in the prestigious Innovation Summit. Winners receive scholarships and support to bring their ideas to life. The challenge is a partnership between Space Center Houston and the Conrad Foundation, aiming to shape the future of innovation and exploration.
