OFRN R7 Solicitation: When it comes to the University partners, am I correct in assuming that UDRI cannot partner with someone at the University of Dayton? Functionally, we are separate organizations, but technically part of the same organization.

Both institutions are under the University of Dayton umbrella. You can partner with each other, but you will still need to add another university in Ohio to your team to meet the requirement.
