OFRN R7 Solicitation: We have an idea that fits within two AOIs. Are we able to submit a proposal that addresses two different AOIs, is it better to submit specifically to a single AOI, or should we submit two separate collaborative proposals?

You can submit more than one proposal; but each proposal must address one subtopic.
