OFRN R7 Solicitation: For round 7 I saw there was a mandatory session on March 6th, but we had someone attend that session in a previous round. Are we still eligible for round 7?

The OFRN Round 7 Offeror Conference and Proposal Training held on 3/6/25 is mandatory for each proposal submission.  At a minimum, one member from each proposal team needs to attend the webinar.  The webinar was recorded and is available to those who were unable to attend and plan to submit a proposal.  Email OFRN-question@parallaxresearch.org and indicate the reason for why you would like to view the recording.  Provide a name and email of the person who needs to access the recording. Attendance as a session in a previous round does not satisfy this requirement.
