OFRN R7 Solicitation: In the Attachment 1, "Vendor Profile and Attestation", there is an ACH request form asking for our banking information. We usually do not provide such information in a proposal, is it required?

We will not require the ACH request form in the proposal submission, but if your project is awarded we will need it during the contracting process.
